Job Overview

In this pivotal role, you will significantly contribute to customer engagement, acquisition, and retention by crafting and executing compelling email marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include the development, implementation, and optimization of email content, automation workflows, and A/B testing to enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, schedule, and deliver email content across multiple brands in a timely manner.
- Create targeted email campaigns that drive user engagement and support organizational objectives.
- Remain updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into our email strategies.
- Utilize graphic design software to produce visually captivating media for email communications.
- Implement HTML/CSS for email development by adapting existing templates and creating new designs as necessary.
- Oversee email workflows, calendars, and the initiation of campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate email timelines and project requirements.
- Ensure all emails are optimized for mobile viewing, adhere to best practices, and render correctly across various devices and email clients.
- Conduct proofreading and quality assurance checks while managing the scheduling and final distribution of emails.
- Spearhead testing initiatives to enhance email performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide expertise on email best practices and explore new technologies to innovate and create meaningful content.
- Undertake additional tasks and special projects as required.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in email marketing and deployment tools.
- Strong aptitude for creating compelling subject lines, email copy, and designs that reflect brand standards.
- Ability to analyze campaign metrics, such as open and click-through rates, to improve effectiveness.
- Understanding of email marketing regulations, including CAN-SPAM and data management.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS coding for email is preferred.
- Proficient in using tools such as Google Suite, Asana, Microsoft Office, and email service platforms (e.g., Iterable, Digioh).
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication proficiency with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Eagerness to innovate and continually enhance email processes.
